Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
While a background in customer service or sales is preferred, our client places a high value on attitude, passion, and personality. Previous experience is not a strict requirement, as the role is heavily customer-centric and requires confidence and comfort in face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
As a vital member of our team, you will be the face and voice of our clients. Your primary responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting clients' products and services, and serving as a brand ambassador. You will acquire and maintain strong product knowledge to deliver confident, charismatic, and professional presentations.
Your day will involve a mix of office-based tasks and on-site customer and client meetings, ensuring each day brings new and exciting challenges.
