What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
– Answering incoming phone calls to assist customers
– Placing occasional outgoing calls to follow up with customers
– Assisting customers with questions/concerns and offering solutions where possible
– Educating potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting suppliers/contractors
– Providing support to customers using online Cost Calculator tool
– Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and creating a connection with every caller
– Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
