The role of a Customer Service Representative at our company is to provide our customers with an outstanding service we can all be proud of. Our Customer Service Representatives also educate our customers about all program and client information and actively speak to them ensuring details are explained, giving our customers the choice of how they would like to process with ... transaction. Our mission is to complete and fulfil our clients budgets with quality customers.
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, people who are ambitious and have a helpful personality. Previous Customer Service experience is helpful, but is not essential, what we are really interested in is someone who can hold a conversation who has a genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers β everything else we can teach you!

Within this role you will:
β’ Provide exceptional face to face customer service in a timely manner whilst working in a fast-paced busy environment and adhering to our policies and procedures.
β’ Input customer information into our Client App and accept payments
β’ Share all details of program accurately
β’ Have excellent attention to detail
β’ Play a supporting role in educating our customers around client programs and budgets
β’ Collaborate as part of the dynamic office team and actively seek to improve workflows and processes
