That's why our tagline says it all: No cuts, no color, just blowouts. We are looking for a top-notch front desk receptionist passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will enjoy the following benefits:- A starting wage of $15.80 per hour plus commission- The hours that need to be filled are as follows: Monday mornings: 6:30am - Noon Tuesday closing shifts: 2pm - 7pm Fridays: 6:30am - 2pm Sunday: 9am - 5pm- Paid time off for vacation and sick days- Free monthly services- Membership sales bonus- Discounts on all retail products
Our ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment - Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred- Previous salon/spa experience is preferred but ... not required- A high school diploma or equivalent- The ability to work at a sustained, fast pace- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- A track record of providing fantastic customer service- The ability to multitask with ease- The technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system- The ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure- Strong problem-solving skills, using logic and support resources to resolve issues at the front desk
