Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Customer Representative position located in Northfield, IL. The National Customer Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include communication with customers via phone and email, managing customer inquiries, and problem-solving customer issues.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Experience in customer service or customer support
• Ability to problem-solve and provide creative solutions to customer issues
• Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus
Possessing knowledge of logistics and transportation is beneficial but not required
