Deliver and transport medical equipment and supplies to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all delivery orders and paperwork.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with patients and their families.
Follow established delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery to patients.
Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure safe and reliable transportation of equipment and supplies.
Communicate and coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling and transporting medical equipment.
Provide assistance to patients in setting up and using equipment as needed.
Document and report any delivery or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, understanding the importance of the equipment being delivered.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all medical equipment being transported and its proper use and handling.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide suggestions for efficiency and effectiveness.
Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
