Responsibilities include:
• Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and promptly.
• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
• May be responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
• May direct and lead the work of others.
• May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
• Create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare as-needed presentations, reports, and documents.
• Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
• May cover the reception desk when required.
• Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange staff meetings.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
