Requirements:
-Interest in a long-term position, 2 years and up ... -Scheduling flexibility, up to 35 to 40 hours a week
-Good customer service skills, good communicator
-Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and navigating the internet (position will include answering calls, writing emails, etc.)
-Knowledge of and interest in horticulture. Does not need formal education but must have intermediate knowledge and a willingness to learn.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Must be able to work weekends

Fertile is located in the Avondale neighborhood. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help grow our team. We are looking for someone who is interested in helping others and has a history of a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties and customer service. This position is a mix of working on the computer and being hands-on with plants.
