• Answer incoming phone calls distributing them to appropriate staff.
• Enter all service calls placed VIA email and any service calls received by phone.
Requirements
• Excellent typing skills 30+ WPM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email with customers.
• Solid math skills.
• Works well under pressure.
