LHH is seeking an EDI Customer Service Representative to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries about company and customer service calls, coordinating new account setups, and driving revenue through sales promotion and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational ... abilities, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Process orders -- performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Coordinate set up of new accounts.
• Create, analyze, edit, and distribute weekly/monthly customer reports.
• Prepare, process, and enter a high volume of sales orders.
• Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
• Responsible for EDI mapping, maintenance, and customer integration
• Respond to questions regarding pricing, and services.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of EDI experience
• Strong communication both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This is a direct hire position with a pay of $24/hr
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
