The Role: As a Sr. Program Manager, Launch, you will focus on managing projects within Amazon Fresh Stores from start to finish. You will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers. The Sr Program Manager is passionate about continuous improvement, partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to develop the processes and mechanisms that will enable us to achieve our business objectives.
The Sr Program Manager will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences to customers. You will be asked to develop, execute, and deliver on detailed plans, working closely with real estate, store development, operations, tech, supply chain, finance and category teams . You will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
