This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team to shape and drive Amazon Advertising’s strategic agency partnerships with a major Holding Company.
Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers, and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.
A strong knowledge of the programmatic, search, and ecommerce will be beneficial. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Amazon Advertising’s ambitious growth plans.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for a Holding Company and its agencies at a global level.
Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level
Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded, programmatic and biddable products
Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events
Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions – including proactive engagement with creative agencies
Liaise with in-locale ADM teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazon Ads's product development roadmap

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience managing internal and external relationships
• Experience building new customer relationships
• Experience in business development working with media agencies
• Experience in advertising sales, account management and client services
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of data-driven (i.e. programmatic) media trading
• Experience working in global media companies
• Experience successfully engaging and negotiating at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
• Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
