Our client had immediate openings for Reach Truck/Sit Down Forklift Operators with Sit-down and order-picking experience in partnership with a distribution company of truck parts in Romeoville, IL 60446. The Reach Truck/Sit-Down Forklift Operator opportunity is temporary to permanent.
Our current opening is on the 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday & occasional Saturdays.
We offer competitive pay & great benefits, including Medical, Vision, Dental, Short-term disability, 401k, Referral bonuses, Holiday pay, Sick pay & much more! Salary is up to $21.50 per hour & pay increases once hired based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
• Efficient full pallet picking.
• Execute put-away operations.
• Utilize RF scanners for picking/packing with accuracy.
• Safely operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other assigned duties by immediate supervisor.

Experience Required for Your Success
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in reach trucks/sit-down forklifts – will be tested.
• RF scanner proficiency.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Applicants must demonstrate a strong attendance track record and must adhere to an attendance point system.
• Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as requested.
