Responsibilities
• Using proprietary CH Applications for tracking inventory, searching and printing shipping documents for receipts.
• Drafting e-mails to related parties to solve for tracking challenges
• Using hand tools for breaking down used/returned equipment, separating components
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to maneuver & palletize equipment
• Driving a forklift for loading/unloading freight & transporting throughout the facility.
• Entering Service Tickets for tracking challenges we cannot resolve ourselves
• Managing inventory levels and preparing weekly outbound truckloads for refurbishment & generate accompanying shipping documents.
• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and acting in a safe manner always.
• Unload and reload route truck;
• Stock warehouse with materials after Distribution Center truck arrival.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center;
• General Housekeeping;
• Assist with inventory
Qualifications
• Strong Critical Thinking
• Safety First Mindset
• Solid computer & Mechanical aptitude
• Basic understanding of Office 365 including but not limited to Microsoft TEAMS, Word, Excel & Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED;
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity;
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements;
• Good communication skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Ability to work with waste labels, manifests, and load sheets;
• Forklift experience (Not Required but preferred)
• Experience in a warehouse environment (Not Required but preferred)
