About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking six Customer Service Representatives for a temporary assignment. This opportunity arises from their transition from Aptify to Fonteza as their CRM platform. This transition is part of a significant project, necessitating additional support during this period.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in concierge services, customer service, CRM/AMS, or call center environments.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls is preferred.
