General Labor / Production Associate – 1st Shift
IMMEDIATE START NEEDED – APPLY TODAY, WORK TOMORROW ... 1st Shift – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Temp-to-Hire
Suburb of West Chicago, IL (near Carol Stream/Aurora)
Job Summary:
• Assemble bedding components through gluing applications
• Create bed structure from schedule
• Ability to learn to identify foam types (will train)
• Basic computer skills to create and issue tags through SAP (will train)
• Visually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare for packaging
• Must work towards daily production goals
• Must read and understand customer packaging specifications as required
Qualifications:
• Must use basic math skills to count foam components
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Team player, ability to solve problems in a practical manner
• Assemble and pack bedding components, exceeding customer quality and expectations
• Heavy pushing/pulling and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, for 1st Shift entry level roles. Potential for significant increase upon hire after completing the Temp-to-Hire period.
