Job Description
• Palletize finished product according to market (Average wt. 45lbs.)
• Dump pre-processed fruit from cartons to bins ... • Change tray and heads on the pack machines.
• Ensure packers have the appropriate packing materials.
• Pack bagged product in the appropriate package.
• Keep work areas clean and well organized
Work Experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, company policy handbooks
• Must have the ability to recognize different pallet and package types.
• Must be able to differentiate labels and bag types.
• Ability to add and subtract.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Must work with fellow co-workers from other areas to solve problems and accomplish daily tasks.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
