Lodging Host Hotel Corp is searching for an attentive Laundry Attendant to support the functions of the Best Western Bandera. The laundry attendant's responsibilities include cleaning, drying, and folding towels, sheets, and other textile articles, while paying close attention to recognize any possible damage. Possibility for full-time hours if willing/able to cross train in other departments.
Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
• Sorting, washing, drying, and folding towels, sheets, and other textile items.
• Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
• Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and various types of linens.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times.
Laundry Attendant Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unaided.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Personable disposition with a knack for customer service.
