Customer Service Representative Pay: $16/hr
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Process orders or returns
• Resolve customer complaints
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Excellent written and telephone communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Well organized and self-directed
• Computer skills, including email, CRM, order entry/ERP
