Who You Are:
Career driven individual that believes in providing excellent customer service. Be able to multi-task, organized, efficient and accurate. Must have excellent communication (written and oral) and has great time management and conflict resolution skills. Self motivated individual that can is also a team player and a professional office setting.
What You Will Be Doing:
This position is as a Trulite Customer Service Representative. Some of the duties will include but not limited to:
• Answer customer service calls within the first three rings and answer any technical may have about our products
• Receive, process, and verify customer orders and modify status of received orders
• Proofread orders that have been received and ensure that correct codes are applied before final confirmation
• Modify quote status once orders have been
• Prepare price quotes on items not contained in price book
Skills You Bring:
• Associates degree with 0-2 year related glass and aluminum work experience preferred
• Proven work experience in customer service
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
