Responsibilities ... • Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering phone calls, and inputting customer sales orders in to our ERP system, IQMS.
• Representatives gather this information not only by phone calls but through online orders, e-mails and fax as well.
• They are able to answer light technical questions, transfer calls, capture complaint information, generate Return Material Authorization Forms (RMA's) and assist with promotional incentives.
• This position will have contact with every level of employee at Osteogenics including direct communication with our outside and inside sales force.

Target Market Salary Range:
