Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hour (depending on experience) + $0.75 for 2nd shift differential ... Shifts Available: 1st Shift (7 AM - 3 PM), 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)

Through our partnership, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join the team as Forklift Operators, playing a pivotal role in the company's continued success.
The Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be essential in maintaining the flow of materials and products within the manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will ensure that production operations remain efficient and that shipments are processed timely to meet the high standards of our automotive industry clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials.
- Ensure the integrity and timely shipment of products, adhering to FIFO principles and specific packaging instructions.
- Efficiently load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Assist in inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification and experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Flexible availability to accommodate shift schedules.
- Forklift Certified or 1 year experience preferred
