Packaging Technician - Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical Environment!!
• 1st Shift Monday to Friday
• Location: Fort Worth ... • Pay: $18.00 to $21.00 based on experience!!
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and package products according to company standards and procedures
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure product quality and safety
- Operate packaging equipment, including but not limited to, filling machines, labeling machines, and sealing machines
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Adhere to FDA regulations and guidelines for packaging and labeling of products
- Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials within the warehouse
- Use logic controllers to program and operate automated packaging systems
- Utilize hand tools to assemble packaging materials as needed
If you have dispensing, compounding or compression experience this would be a plus!!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to packaging and labeling
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
