Our Front Desk Agents provide superb guest service and problem resolution to our guest first hospitality standards. Are you able to effectively communicate with a warm, inviting service style? We want to speak to you ... Hourly pay starts from $18.00-$19.00
You must be available for various shifts 3pm-11pm and 7am-3pm
Projected work days will be TBD
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Follows check-in and checkout standards when handling guest transactions at the Front Desk.
• Greets all guests by name.
• Wears proper uniform and nametag.
• Transmits and receives telephone messages.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Answers telephone in clear, professional manner using the proper greeting.
• Computes folio, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
• Makes and confirms reservations.
• Must be knowledgeable of property and Auburn area attractions.
