Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate - Adhere strictly to rules ... regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices or policies Skills: - Experience in floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and waxing - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks and equipment - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality - Previous experience in housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus - Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning procedures is an advantage Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
