Shift: Nights, 6pm- 6am (2-2-3 schedule with rotating nights & weekends)
Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all forklift operations inbound and outbound, inventory, supervision, and safety of employees. Unload and Load Trucks in a safe and timely manner. Document and verify lot codes during processes and rework of damaged product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Supervision and Safety of Employees (including enforcing policies)
• Drive a forklift safely and efficiently to load & unload trucks
• Accurate stock rotation
• Documentation of damaged products
• Create Bill of Ladings
• Researching and/or correcting discrepancies on bills of lading or transfer sheets
• Pay attention to lot codes, item numbers, and descriptions
• Counting of product
• Rework of damaged product and cleanliness of equipment/warehouse floor
• Quality assurance of all products
• Receive materials and check in
• Inbound/Outbound in Inventory System
• Tag/count finished goods & material
• Execute Leaker bin inspection
• Sign out trucks
• Create/send daily shift reports
• Assist Forklift Operators and audit their performance for errors
• Assist Dock Coordinator
• Other duties as assigned
