OVERVIEW
• Effectively probe and provide basic customer education in response to customer inquiries regarding project, product, service offerings, and general information by utilizing a variety of information resources.
• Administer software quote tools including MBS projects to process 3D quotes submitted through the 3D design tool and reading bolt patterns to support sales for punch pattern ... requests and MIRA to support the digital roofing initiative.
• Perform accurate and timely documentation and recordkeeping duties. Document e-quote data and building combinations data for sales support monthly reports.
• Conduct market pricing calls when requested by Branch Managers and Branch Manager Trainees.
• Follow established MIRA guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and detail orientation. Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to process customer inquiries and provide customer service support in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to process administrative transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Ability to learn and administer software programs.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.

• Starting pay rate $16.81/hour.
