Regal Staffing Services in Arlington is currently recruiting for Customer Service Rep positions for a distribution company located in Fort Worth, TX 76111 area.
The position will be responsible for ... • Provides front desk coverage and serves as the initial point of contact welcoming company visitors.
• Hands on with Cashier register
• Answers all incoming phone calls and redirects to the appropriate department in a professional manner.
• Greets and assists all visitors and ensures adherence to the company’s COVID-19 safety protocols including check-in procedures and issuance & retrieval of visitor/contractor badges.
• Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service to employees, vendors and contractors/consultants.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
Shift, Schedule, and Pay:
Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Requirements:
• Stable work history / relevant warehouse experience
• 1+ years of experience with Customer service
• Able to pass customer’s criminal background check requirements
