Robinson Innovations is hiring for multiple General Production positions throughout the major manufacturing tire plant. We are looking for outstanding and motivated employees to join our team! We offer biweekly pay, Health Insurance, and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay working only 14 days per month. All of these positions follow a rotating day and night 12- hour schedule. Overtime may be required.
Pay Range: $13 to $15
Requirements:
• Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Test.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Including some weekends.
• Must have reliable daily transportation to the Plant in Lawton OK. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.)
• The candidate must be able to stand/walk 90% of the workday. Walking/standing on concrete throughout 12 hr. shift.
• Set high goals and accept responsibility.
• Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
• Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate-controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Read and understand English.
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a Fast-Paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Frequently!
• GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST to meet production needs.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Must have steel-toed shoes on the first day of orientation.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
