Duties
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner - Checking guests in and out of the hotel - Answering phone calls and providing information to guests - Handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly - Processing payments and maintaining guest accounts - Performing night audit duties to ensure accuracy in financial transactions - Assisting with guest services such as booking reservations and providing recommendations Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to speak multiple languages fluently (bilingual or multilingual preferred) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management practices ... - Flexibility to work night shifts as needed If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality and possess the above qualifications, we would love to have you join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
