Job Description ... We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for both guests and staff. Your duties will include cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, as well as assisting with laundry services and restocking supplies as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a keen eye for cleanliness. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces and Buffing Floors,

Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, resident rooms, hallways, and lounges.

Retrieving and desposing of trash through out the facility.

Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.

Assist guests with any housekeeping-related requests or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
