LINE OF SIGHT is seeking a Studio Receptionist (a host in our eyes!) to join the team! We are an upscale modern eyecare and wellness brand based in New York City. We offer personalized concierge vision care, dry eye, aesthetic skin treatments, and eyewear styling. Our goal is to make the eye doctor's office an enjoyable and clinically exceptional experience.
The Position ... We are looking for outgoing and positive individuals with an interest in shaping our fast-growing business. This position is neither traditional retail or healthcare – it is the intersection of the best of both. The position will be the face of the brand engaging with every customer's experience and work closely with our Client Advisors.
Who You Are
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• One year of receptionist, administrative, or hospitality is extremely helpful!
• Precise written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and passionate about learning new skills.
What You'll Do
• Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcomed and attended to
• Provide high-quality service to clients in the studio, over the phone, and via text/email.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and offer personalized thoughtful interactions.
• Schedule appointments and keep the calendar up to date.
• Collect client information, verify medical/vision insurance, and relay client benefits to the team members.
