• Support and report into the Human Resources Manager with daily administrative tasks as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls & emails and route calls appropriately
• Meet & greet internal and external guests to the office
• Oversee two floors in the building and ensure that they are running smoothly
• Administer guest badges and announce visitors
• Manage busy calendars for conference rooms and assist executives as needed
• Assist with ordering catering and food services for meetings/events
• Stock the kitchen with food, snacks, drinks, etc.
• Order inventory for the office and ensure supplies are being replenishes
• Act as the main point of contact for the New York office

The Successful Applicant
• Completed Bachelors Degree
• 0-2 years of corporate experience or internship experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strongly proficient using MS Office
• Able to be adaptable with changing environments
• Must be reliable to work on-site Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
• Must be immediately available to start a new role
• Local to the Greater New York city area
