Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls, answer any queries, and direct them to the right department.
• Welcome and greet all clients, applicants and guests and determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations and maintain/update visitor log.
• Distribute pay checks and all incoming postal mail and packages and organize outgoing mail/package pick up. (for example, schedule FedEx pick up)
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Generate a variety of correspondence (to staff in house as well as to clients/customers)
• Create identification cards and finger scans of all staff.
• Order and replenish office supplies.
Qualifications:
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends & Holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• High organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach.
• 1-2 years' work experience at a front desk.
• Excellent computer skills. (Especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
