Responsibilities:
Working independently and within a team, as needed
Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across functions to support the execution of materials and manufacturing of medical components
Effective use of the ERP system, performing data entry transactions and data collection Support production schedules by having materials available as needed
Participate in driving on time delivery results
Participate in maintaining accurate inventories and performing cycle counts
Following sequences of operations in performing techniques such as cutting parts in support inspection, and packing.
Complying with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), general
safety and manufacturing procedures, and company practices and policies
Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English
Understand the manufacturing processes and assist with the implementation of lean and continuous flow principles
Support Shipping and receiving when needed
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar experience

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and professionalism

Must have basic math skills to include fractions, decimals and use of calculator
Must be able to read drawings and work instructions
Must be able to use basic measurement tools to include rulers, calipers, measuring tapes, laser micrometer and visual comparators
