QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of food preparation, storage and cooking equipment ( edible vs dry goods etc. )
• Previous experience with catering pack out and return of product ... • Competent in organization and time management skills
• Able to read and write English
• Able to work in cold environment for extended periods of time
• Punctuality is a must
• Ability to work different shifts, weekends and Holidays
• Initiative, self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, team player and flexible
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand on your feet of up long periods of time
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Efficiently pack products according to multiple pack outs with the mind-set of no reruns
• Organize and efficiently put items away upon return according to food / equipment type
• Communicate with kitchen and management team to let them know if items are missing
• Assure events depart in a timely fashion with finishing early as a primary goal
• Receive, store items properly as needed
• Organize walk-ins and dry storage items
• Sort and pack event staff meal
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
