The Associate Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for selling Radiometer’s full product portfolio which includes blood gas analyzers, samplers, TC monitors, and IT solutions via telephone, electronic, or other methods to customers in assigned region or accounts. The focus is on lead prospecting and qualification, and sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
This position is part of the Commercial Excellence Team located in the Mid-Atlantic region and will be fully remote supporting the northeast. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Commercial Excellence Team and report to the Commercial Excellence Director responsible for setting and driving the strategic objectives of the Radiometer Commercial Excellence function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate Radiometer product solution.
• Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to qualify customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions. Maintains records and communications with customer base through MS Dynamics CRM tool.
• Effectively coordinate with outside field sales representatives to assist in driving revenue growth for blood gas, sampler, TC, and IT solutions within assigned region.
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base.
• Execute out-bound cold calling initiatives: Conduct targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets
• 20% travel required including tradeshows, customer visits, regional business meetings, and national sales meeting.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service etc.
• Resides within assigned sales region.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• MS Dynamics CRM systems

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
