Russo's On The Bay, a premier event venue and restaurant, is currently seeking Seasonal Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end catering and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our guests during events. This includes setting up and breaking down tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
Responsibilities
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience
• Clean up event spaces at the end of the evening
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure events run smoothly
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Requirements
• Some restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and chairs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly between tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
