Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, Community Engagement to join the Amazon Fresh stores Marketing team ... We are seeking a passionate individual who will support on executing the Community Engagement strategy in partnership with our Store Operations teams. You will deep dive to understand the communities around our stores, identify and oversee activation at hyper-local events and activities and provide reporting on success. In this role, you will also own development and execution of hyperlocal go-to-market campaigns to increase customer engagement, inspire trial and cultivate brand love. You will identify and collaborate with partner organizations and key stakeholders to build relationships and drive impactful outcomes. You will have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, the ability to investigate complex challenges and can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.
The Role: You are someone who is willing to roll up your sleeves. You are highly motivated and extremely organized, with experience working on complex, highly ambiguous projects influencing multiple stakeholders across the business. This is a unique role where you’ll be expected to interface with a number of teams, with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
Key job responsibilities
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to execute against the community marketing strategy.
• Vet new field intakes and support on prioritizing requests based on store-level performance and brand awareness ensuring we are targeting our efforts appropriately.
• Manage the holistic Community Engagement calendar inclusive of communication channels.
• Support hyper-local assessment for new markets, identify potential community related risks and develop a plan to proactively mitigate the risks.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, brand, public policy, public relations, real estate, DEI, sustainability and operations to deliver results and measure efforts.
• Travel to various locations to be on-the-ground with partner organizations and local teams.

Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
• Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
