This position is entry-level where you will be trained for any number of duties in various departments in the bakery. Some of the duties include baking, packing, working on a production line, shipping, and sanitation.
Transportation will be provided to and from the bakery.

This position is entry-level where you will be trained for any number of duties in various departments in the bakery. Some of the duties include baking, packing, working on a production line, shipping, and sanitation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Learn the consistent production of a high-quality product in a baking facility by performing various duties.
Learn how to place pans and peel boards loaded with the unbaked product into the loader and oven; monitoring placement and flow of boards going into the loader.
Learn to move racks from the proofer box, stack bread pans on carts, pack products according to customer specifications.
Learn to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
Learn to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Learn to conform, demonstrate, and understand all environmental health & safety requirements.
Learn to meet Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements.
Perform various functions and duties following written and verbal instructions.
May fill in absent/breaks/lunches positions in production, packaging, shipping, and/or sanitation areas.
Participate and successfully complete all company-approved and required training, audits, etc.
