• We are looking for a PART TIME friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at The Recovery Room, a Cryotherapy wellness center in North Bergen inside Iron Culture . As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for them.
• Having some knowledge of fitness, and recovery is a must!!
• Must be able ... to work Tuesdays from 10am-3pm
Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions.
• Provide clients with information about our services, products, and promotions.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
