Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years experience as catering prep cook or restaurant experience ... Must be able to work at least 35 hours weekly
Catering/culinary training preferred
Reliable transportation
Good communication skills; conversational English required
Understanding of catering kitchen expectations and pastry baking
References and/or examples of previous work
Responsibilities:
Follow prep lists & head chef instructions to plan and execute routine kitchen tasks
Prepare cooking ingredients & meal prep for 1-10 daily catered events on time and to completion
Prepare kitchen for a rotating menu cooked & uncooked hors doeuvres, appetizers, entrees & desserts for clients
Undertake some cooking duties such as reducing sauces, preboiling food, cutting meats & vegetables and preparing recipe measurements
Maintaining a clean workspace by cleaning dishes, work stations, and any other areas needed

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.50 - $22.50/hour.
