Responsibilities
• Set up various types of events, making necessary adjustments as per Event Orders
• Execute different styles of service, including tray pass, buffet, plated, and more
• Break down event areas and complete related tasks
• Assist with unloading and loading trucks during event setup and breakdown
• Attend meetings to stay aligned with event details and updates
• Fulfill additional requests and complete assigned side work as needed

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in catering or banquet service
