Year(s) of Experience: 3+ years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
Education: Bachelor Degree preferred
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our clients team, located in beautiful Atlanta, GA. As the center of our operations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting professionals, ensuring their productivity soars to new heights.
Responsibilities:
β’ Increase productivity of consulting professionals by handling the administrative tasks (such as, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, interacting with vendors and clients, email correspondence, etc.)
β’ Provide scheduling support to multiple individuals (appointment, calendar and meeting management)
β’ Complete expense reports within compliance guidelines, process invoices for payment, and assist with other administrative processes, as needed
β’ Prepare domestic and international travel logistics (itineraries, visas, etc.)
β’ Coordinate internal and external meetings/activities and office events (i.e. venue selection/reservation and set-up, hotel accommodations, catering, draft communications, etc.)
β’ Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations as needed (contract tracking, printing, organizing and archiving meeting support materials)
β’ Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
β’ Handle special projects with demanding deadlines
β’ Front desk reception and office operations back-up coverage (answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries)
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma required. Post-secondary education or Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an administrative/operations assistant, preferably in a professional services environment
β’ Fluent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), travel and expense reporting applications
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills
β’ Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
β’ Attention to detail, dependability, punctuality
β’ Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines
β’ Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment
