- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens and guest laundry
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently and safely
- Inspect linens for stains or damage and treat accordingly
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing laundry
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel laundry or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads as needed
