You will also lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and in collaboration with other Amazon teams.
Key job responsibilities
Manage Goal review, driving predictability on key goals and get-to-green action plans
Own the XBRs and Rhythm of the business cadence which operationalizes our global engagement strategy.
Develop and iterate on mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
Deliver strategic communications and management reporting for leadership.
Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.

Uses analytical skills to develop quantitative and qualitative insights to both look around corners and formulate robust, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
