will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of client

Responsibilities:
• Order Picking:
• Accurately pick client orders based on provided specifications.
• Utilize picking equipment and tools to efficiently gather items from
designated locations.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct thorough quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet
client standards.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged products promptly.
• Packing:
• Safely and securely pack items for shipment using appropriate packaging
materials.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for each package.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist in maintaining organized and well-documented inventory.
• Communicate inventory levels and restocking needs to the supervisor.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any issues or
concerns.
• Adherence to Safety Guidelines:
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working
environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Efficiency and Time Management:
• Work efficiently to meet daily quotas while maintaining a high level of
accuracy.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with pick and pack procedures is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and documentation.
