- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, such as a van or box truck, to deliver packages to customers
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery driver roles preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle, such as a van or box truck
- Proficient in loading and unloading packages
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation systems
