Summary (Brief summary of overall functions):
The Director, Integrated Marketing leads integrated marketing strategy, planning, and cross-functional orchestration for the Insurance line of business. This role connects business priorities, member needs, and enterprise marketing execution to deliver cohesive messaging and coordinated go-to-market plans across channels. The role also leads the Insurance Integrated Marketing team, driving strategic alignment and adoption of a member-centric, integrated marketing model.
Key Responsibilities include (detailed description of primary job functions/responsibilities):
Integrated Strategy & Planning
- Lead integrated marketing strategy and annual planning
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
- Define messaging frameworks and marketing roadmaps
- Align plans across acquisition, engagement, and retention
Campaign Orchestration
- Coordinate execution across Media, CRM, Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Operations
- Ensure consistent messaging and experience across channels
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution accountability
Lifecycle & Member Journey
- Develop lifecycle and journey strategies
- Align messaging to audience needs and behaviors
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and awareness
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign and member engagement performance to identify content optimization opportunities
- Leverage member insights, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
- Monitor marketing messaging effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
Stakeholder Leadership & Governance
- Serve as marketing lead for Insurance stakeholders
- Present strategies and performance to leadership
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements
Team Leadership
- Foster collaboration, strategic thinking and member-centric marketing practices across the team
- Lead and develop a team of managers and professionals
- Set priorities and performance expectations
- Build integrated marketing capabilities
Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):
- Provides leadership, coaching, and direction to managers and individual professional level positions.
II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience:
- 10+ years in integrated or strategic marketing
- Experience leveraging consumer insights and performance data to inform strategic recommendations
- Experience leading cross-channel strategies in complex organizations
- Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Industry experience preferred
Knowledge
- Integrated marketing strategy and lifecycle marketing
- Omnichannel campaign planning
- Brand and messaging strategy
- Marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Understanding consumer insights
- Governance and compliance

III. Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or membership-based organizations
- Experience supporting enterprise marketing transformation initiatives
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and member journey design
- Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience leading integrated planning processes at scale

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
