Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our Event Setup/Breakdown Crew for on-demand roles. Ideal candidates should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):
- Set up event spaces according to specific layout plans, including arranging tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment.
- Assist with the decoration and preparation of event areas, ensuring all elements meet the required standards.
- Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to understand and execute the event plan effectively.
- Quickly and efficiently breakdown event setups, ensuring the space is cleared and cleaned post-event.
- Load and unload event equipment and materials, ensuring safe and careful handling.
- Maintain and organize event equipment, ensuring it's in good working order.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during setup and breakdown processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in event setup or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow layout plans accurately.
